We are more than a gaming platform — we are a community built on trust, enjoyment, and a commitment to the best experience for every Malaysian player. Get to know us better.
Every decision we make at 1bex bet is guided by two core principles that have never changed since our first day of operation.
To provide the safest, fairest, and most enjoyable online gaming platform for Malaysian players. We want every member to feel they are playing somewhere that truly puts their interests first — not just business profit. From data security and odds transparency to fast withdrawals, every aspect of our platform is designed with the player as the priority.
To become the number one online gaming platform of choice for Malaysian players by 2027. Not just in terms of size or member count — but in trust, customer satisfaction, and continuous innovation. We want 1bex bet to be a name synonymous with responsible, fair, and genuinely enjoyable gaming among the local player community.
This is not just a claim — it is a real feature experienced every day by hundreds of thousands of our active members.
Your personal data and financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by major banks in Malaysia. You can play with peace of mind, without worrying about the security of your information.
Your wins are yours — and we make sure they reach you as quickly as possible. Most withdrawal requests are processed in under 5 minutes via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and DuitNow.
Our slots, table games, and sports betting collection comes from internationally licensed providers such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and over 10 others — all audited and certified fair.
The 1bex bet platform is fully optimised for Android and iOS. Enjoy all games, make deposits, check promotions, and manage your account from anywhere — just as smooth an experience as on desktop.
From welcome bonuses to weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and regular slot tournaments — 1bex bet ensures active members always have a reason to come back. All our promotions are transparent with clear terms and conditions.
Our experienced support team is available every day, around the clock via live chat. Account, payment, or technical issues — resolved within minutes.
Starting as a small platform with a tight-knit team of passionate individuals, 1bex bet launched with a single focus: to provide an honest and secure gaming experience for Malaysian players.
We partnered with Pragmatic Play and NetEnt, adding over 50 new slot titles and launching our first table games category. Active members reached 50,000.
The 1bex bet app for Android and iOS was launched, bringing the full platform to players' smartphones. Mobile usage surged 300% within the first six months.
A full sports betting platform with 50+ sports and in-play functionality added, alongside an esports market covering DOTA 2, Mobile Legends, and Valorant — hugely popular among young Malaysian players.
1bex bet reached the milestone of 500,000 active members. The game collection expanded to over 200 titles, and a new fast withdrawal system was introduced with processing times under 5 minutes for all major methods.
Behind the technology and games we offer lies a set of values that form the foundation of every decision we make as a company. These values are not just words on an office wall — they are reflected in every aspect of the experience you will feel when playing at 1bex bet.
We hide nothing. Odds, RTP, bonus terms, withdrawal policies — all information is clearly available so you can make informed decisions about your play.
Data encryption, two-factor account protection, and 24/7 fraud monitoring — our members' security is a responsibility we take extremely seriously.
All games at 1bex bet use independently verified RNG. No manipulation, no predetermined outcomes — every spin is truly random and fair.
We provide betting limits, deposit limits, and self-exclusion options because we believe healthy entertainment is controlled entertainment. A safe player is a happy player.
We never stop improving the platform. From new features and the latest games to a smoother user experience — our team is always working to deliver the best.
A great platform is built by a dedicated team. We take pride in the diverse skills and passion among our team members.

When we first founded 1bex bet in 2018, our vision was straightforward: build an online gaming platform that Malaysian players could truly trust. Not just a platform with plenty of games, but a place where players feel valued, protected, and always treated fairly.
Malaysia is a unique market. Players here know what they want — a trustworthy platform, seamless payments with local methods, customer support that understands local context, and a gaming experience that suits their tastes. That is why 1bex bet built specifically with Malaysian players as the primary focus, not as a secondary market.
From deposit and withdrawal methods like FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and DuitNow — to promotional content and loyalty programs designed around local players' habits and preferences — every part of our platform reflects a deep understanding of who our customers truly are.
In the online gaming industry, trust is everything. And trust cannot be earned without robust security. 1bex bet invests seriously in our security infrastructure — from banking-grade SSL encryption and two-factor authentication systems to continuous account activity monitoring to detect any unauthorised access.
All games on our platform use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology independently verified by internationally recognised third-party audit bodies. This means every slot spin, every table game deal, is genuinely random — no party can influence the outcome, including us.
One thing we hold firm at 1bex bet is the belief that gaming should be entertainment, not a burden. We do not want our players to play beyond their means or use gaming as a way to resolve financial problems.
That is why we provide a range of responsible gaming tools available to any member: daily and weekly betting limits, deposit limits, self-exclusion options, and support for members who need assistance. More information on all these tools can be found on our Responsible Gaming page.
We are not stopping here. The 1bex bet continually works to grow the platform with new features, the latest games, improved loyalty programmes, and an ever-smoother user experience. In the near term, we plan to add more esports titles, expand the VIP programme for loyal players, and further increase withdrawal processing speeds.
Every improvement we make is guided by feedback from our ever-growing player community. You are not just a user of our platform — you are part of the journey 1bex bet towards a better future.
